Medical Benefits
We’re proud to offer you multiple medical plan options designed to help you and your family get the care you need.
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
The HMO plans provide coverage through in-network doctors from which you will select a primary care physician (PCP) who refers you to specialists if you need them. You do not have a deductible, but you are responsible for copays when you receive services.
You will not have access to out-of-network physicians if you are enrolled in this plan. If you decide to seek treatment from an out-of-network doctor, you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment.
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
The PPO plan offers the flexibility to choose an in-network or out-of-network provider each time you need care. Keep in mind, you will save money when you visit in-network providers. The PPO plans offer several deductible options. The higher the deductible, the lower your premiums will be.
See the Benefits Guide or benefit summaries for detailed plan information.
High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
The HDHP features a higher deductible with the option of participating in a Health Savings Account (HSA). After the annual deductible is met, you pay coinsurance for most health care services, up to the annual out-of-pocket maximum. You have the option to save pre-tax funds in an HSA up to annual limits to pay for you and your family’s health care needs. See the Benefits Guide or benefit summaries for detailed plan information.
